The Veneto Region with its Industry and Craft department acts as Lead Partner in the MESSE project. It will use all its experience in the field of supporting SMEs, innovation process and promoting socially responsible economic development to make the project successful.

Community Action Hampshire (CAH) is an independent charity based in the South of England. We are a community development organisation specialising in social action, community engagement and local self-help solutions. We believe in people-power! We currently have 509 members, our publications reach over 3,000 people, and our work aims to reach and support Hampshire’s 8,000 not-for-profit organisations.

East Sweden Region has 430000 inhabitants and covers an area of around 10000km2. The major cities, Linköping and Norrköping, with their surrounding smaller towns and villages, are in the process of developing into one coherent, integrated urban region.  – Sweden´s fourth city region. Sofia Municipality with its centre – the city of Sofia – is situated in the Sofia Field with an average altitude of 550 metres above sea level, covering an area of 1,342 km2. The city of Sofia is the capital of Bulgaria and the biggest political, administrative, cultural and educational centre in the country, with a current population of more than 1,2 mln. inhabitants (according to the 2011 census).

PBN, as regional business development organization, aims at strengthening the economic performance of small and medium sized businesses in the western Hungarian region. It intends to be the dedicated partner for foreign direct investors, furthermore, operates in partnership with the regional economic and labour organizations.
